Providing a sales tool that allowed the product to shine in its own light was a game changer for the sales team. We aimed to provide a comprehensive tool which focused on product presentation, demonstration (with AR), configuration, pricing, and even financial options to take the sales journey to the next stage.

We have created an incredibly useful tool that has positively impacted the day-to-day dealership experience. The fact that it has been adopted by 80% of Ford dealerships across 6 different regions is a testament to this.

The new digital platform is a major component in the brand’s Ford Guest Experience program, an initiative covering multiple markets, regions, and even continents. The platform needed to be robust enough to fulfil the needs of over 6 markets and hundreds of dealerships. Each with their own unique customer engagement challenges, user behaviors, and product needs. We aimed to elevate the challenge of customer conversations and easing the day to day duties of sales consultants to ensure they can focus on the customer first.

 

First launching in 2017, our solution quickly gained traction across markets and helped streamline the sales process. The focus was on delivering an easy to use sales tool that is engaging, flexible, supportive of current sales process’, and most importantly — enables a deeper customer engagement and exploration of the products. In 2020 we launched the completely revamped version 2 of the sales tool, armed with invaluable user feedback, shifting market trends, and the ever changing needs of the sales consultants. The new version was not only more usable, but also featured a dynamic interface that was influenced by the consumers preference.
